Six voices, one glass dome
The Band
Vio Lucia is a six-piece - a band of people the world had already given up on, who became, for each other, the place the music came back on.
Steel and Stardust
It starts with an empty hangar near Regensburg - a decommissioned aircraft hall with a six-sided glass dome in the roof, where the light falls in honeycombs across the concrete. Vio named it the Oculina, after the coral that grows in the dark and glows in the dark. She didn't go looking for a band. She stumbled into one, and held it together with a stubbornness she'd never have granted herself. Six cells, one light.
Six voices were switched off inside a glass dome called the Oculina. What kept playing became Vio Lucia. Meet the signal - and the five who feed it.

The World
Six voices were switched off inside a glass dome called the Oculina. What kept playing became Vio Lucia. This is the world that holds the music - comics, carousels and lore to follow.
The Oculina
A sealed glass dome the size of a small world. Inside it, sound has nowhere to escape - so it learns to fold back on itself. The Oculina is where the six voices were kept, and where Vio Lucia first resolved out of their overlap. Everything you hear is the dome, transmitting.
The Entity of Vio

Placeholder. The original "Entity of Vio" text is being salvaged from the prior site - it drops in here verbatim once SFTP access is restored. For now: Vio is not one of the six. Vio is what the six became.
The Artist Behind the Masquerade

The Philosophy of a Patchwork Identity

Star Gazing
