Löschung Ihrer Daten

Diese Seite erklärt, wie Sie die Löschung der Daten verlangen, die wir über Instagram oder Facebook von Ihnen erhalten haben (Direktnachrichten und Kommentare an Vio Lucia, lucia.labs / Chris Bedford und Porto Marini). Welche Daten das sind, steht in Abschnitt 7 der Datenschutzerklärung.

So geht es:

1. Schreiben Sie eine E-Mail an violetta.lucia.marini.biz@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Datenlöschung".
2. Nennen Sie Ihren Benutzernamen auf Instagram oder Facebook und das Konto, dem Sie geschrieben haben.
3. Wir löschen Ihre Nachrichten, Kommentare und Antwortentwürfe in unserem Programm innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen Ihnen die Löschung per E-Mail.

Nachrichten und Kommentare, die auf Instagram oder Facebook selbst gespeichert sind, löschen Sie dort: Kommentare über das Menü am Kommentar, Unterhaltungen in Ihrem Postfach. Das regelt Meta, wir haben darauf keinen Einfluss.

Ohne Ihre Anfrage löschen wir diese Daten spätestens 12 Monate nach dem letzten Kontakt.

Deleting your data

This page explains how to request the deletion of the data we received from you via Instagram or Facebook (direct messages and comments to Vio Lucia, lucia.labs / Chris Bedford and Porto Marini). Section 7 of the privacy policy lists which data that is.

How to do it:

1. Send an email to violetta.lucia.marini.biz@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion".
2. Give your Instagram or Facebook username and the account you wrote to.
3. We delete your messages, comments and reply drafts in our software within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

Messages and comments stored on Instagram or Facebook itself are deleted there: comments through the menu on the comment, conversations in your inbox. That is governed by Meta; we have no influence on it.

Without a request, we delete this data no later than 12 months after the last contact.
